Day 01 – Negombo
Our guide will warmly welcome you at the Airport and will guide you to the Hotel. Here Tour vacation sri lanka provides you with two options based on the arrival schedule.

Day 02 – Sigiriya
Day 02 takes you to Sigiriya. After breakfast we leave to Sigirya which is an ancient rock fortress located in the northern Matale District near the town of Dambulla. The name refers to a site of historical and archaeological significance that is dominated by a massive column of rock nearly 200 metres (660 ft) high. Sigirya is a UNESCO listed World Heritage Site and considered to be one of eight wonder of the world.
Pidurangala is a huge as well as massive rock situated in Sigirya and few kilometers away from Sigirya rock. It holds number of both historical articles and attracting sightseeing.
Tourists can decide on rock climbing either Sigiriya Rock or Pidurangala Rock based their interest. Or tour around the Sigiriya rock.
In the evening we will proceed to either Kaudulla National Park or Minneriya National Park which have been a home for the majestic congregation of elephant herds since 3rd century B.C. Over 300 elephants gather on drying lake bed in the park. These two parks are among the top ten wildlife spectacle in the world by the Lonely Planet.
Day 03 & 04 – Trincomalee Beach/ Historical Places/ Pigeon Island
Day 03 takes you to Tricomalee. Our next visit in the Vacation Sri Lanka is Tricomalee which is a sacred city of both Sri Lankan Tamils and Hindus around the world as it holds the most famous sacred place of Hindus.. The collection of religious most importance includes with Koneswarma temple compound. The Koneswaram is the temple of a thousand columns; Hindu historical site which has been there even before 3rd century BCE attracts thousands of pilgrims from all over the world. Apart from the temple, the Dutch Fort as well as Natural Harbour and hot springs that depict the architecture of our ancestors. Hundreds and thousands of both locals and tourists all over the world visit these places annually.
It is one of the beautiful beaches in Sri Lanka for relaxation. Palm trees along the beach and attractive fishing hotspots add glamour to the beach. The beauty of the beach attracts not only thousands of tourists but also locals throughout the year. Perfect location for scuba diving.
Day 04 takes you to Pigeon Island is one of two marine parks located in Sri Lanka and which is a home to a range of protected marine life. You will also find Coral reefs with over 300 coral reef fish species, sharks, and sea turtles. Also, the main attraction would be a lot of rock pigeons – hence the name of the island. (The best time to visit Pigeon Island is from May to September)
Day 05 & 06 Pasikudah
Day 05 take you to Pasikudah and Kalkudah which is one of most beautiful places to spend your holidays with your family and loved ones. The blue waters attract both locals and tourists. Tourists love to enjoy Sandy beach and tropical warm weather under the sun. The beach is ideal for swimming for both beginners and experts.
Day 07 Habarana
Day 07 takes you to Traditional Village. The village tour starts with a bullock cart ride near the village pond and then catamaran boat ride which takes through fascinating and picturesque sightseeing. A short walk through paddy fields and vegetable plots will lead you to an ancient village where cooking demonstration on traditional cooking will be done and later to enjoy the tasty food of Sri Lanka.
Day 08 & 09 – Kandy City
Day 08 takes you to Kandy. Our next visit in the 13 Nights and 14 Days Tour is Kandy which is a unique tourist destination. on your request on the way we will visit herbal spice garden. The journey is not only full of excitements but also splendid views, a lot of interesting stories and insights to reflect upon.
The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic or Sri DaladaMaligawa which is located in the royal palace complex of the former kingdom of Kandy is a Buddhist Temple in Kandy, Sri Lanka. It contains the relic of the tooth of the Lord Buddha. Kandiyan city along with the Temple is a World Heritage site and holds it prestige as the last capital of the Sri Lankan kings.

Kandyan dance which is Udarata Dance compromises various forms of popular dances and native to the area called Kandy of the Central hills.
Day 09 after city tour will proceed to Pinnwala Elephant Orphanage which is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground wild elephants. Pinnawala is the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. There are 100 elephants from 3 generations in Pinnwala.
Day 10 & 11 – Nuwara Eliya City
Day 10 takes you to Nuwara Eliya. As it is mentioned earlier 13 Nights and 14 Days Tour covers not only the places but also the seasons. NuwaraEliya is a city in the hill country of the central province, Sri Lanka. The city is famous and often refered as “Little England” as it provides a chill temperature with the cool climate, a genteel rose-tinted highland which implicates for a British country village.
On the way to Nuwar Eliya we will visit Tea Plantation & Tea Factory and Tea museum.
The tour will cover destinations such as moon plains, Gregory Lake and Gardens.
Moon plains is located in Nuwara Eliya which is one of the most visited locations in Nuwareliya. It is a Wide open area with the chances of seeing wild boars, cows, buffaloes, deer and also a total of 105 bird species are recorded in the area of which 16 are endemic to Sri Lanka when doing the safari
Day 11 takes you to Horton Plains which is the most beautiful as well as stark world with excellent hikes. It is covered by wild grasslands, interspersed with rocky outcrops, filigree waterfalls, misty lakes and patches of thick forest. Not only the diversity of the landscape but also the variety of wildlife add glamour and beauty to the environment.
Day 12 & 13 – Ella City/ Rawana Waterfall
Day 12 takes you to Ella. Our next visit in the tour vacation in sri lanka is Ella which is a tiny town surrounded by hills covered with both cloud forests and tea plantation.
Many tourists prefer to travel by train from Nanu Oya to Ella and the train journey lasts for 3-4 hours while vehicle journey lasts for 2 ½ hours.
Train Journey: For first class booking must be done 3 months and second class booking must be done 2 months prior to the arrival. 3rd class booking can be done on the first day of the tour and will be able to enjoy the journey with locals.
Train travel from Nanu Oya to Ella is a beautiful and affordable way to see the country, and no trip is more scenic than the train journey from Nanu Oya to Ella. The scenery is amazing as you see beautiful green hills covered with tea plantations, steep mountains, old lovely bridges, waterfalls, small villages, and you are greeted by lots of local kids running along the train tracks.
Then in the evening visiting Nine Arch Bridge
Day 13 takes you to City tour covering the small town which is filled with breathtaking sceneries. You may engage in both Ella sports activities and Rock climbing of little Adam’s Peak.
Day 14 – Negombo
Back to Hotel in Negombo or the Air Port
Tour ends on the 14th day after reaching Negombo or the Air Port.
